DELIVERY POLICY

Instruments and Large Accessories:

 

Instruments and accessories, once ready for dispatch are sent by 'next day courier' service. We aim to ship items to the customer within 1 - 2 working days. Items in stock can be guaranteed for 3 - 5 working days. Items are not sent out on a Monday as we are closed.

The courier company used is at the discretion of Prozone Music. The standard delivery cost for instruments, large accessories or other appropriate items is £10. Delivery is made between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday. Tracking numbers are available on request.

 


Small Accessories:

 

Smaller accesories and other approriate items may be sent by 1st class Royal Mail postal service. Postage costs for these items are £2.50 unless otherwise stated at the point of sale in our shopping cart. Items are dispatched in order to meet our 3 - 5 working day delivery timescale. Occassionally at busy times of the year, items can be delayed in the postal system and affect the delivery timescale. 'Next day courier' service delivery can be requested and is encouraged if the items are particularly urgent.


 

 

 

In the rare instance of damage in Transit:

 

All items shipped by Prozone Music are inspected prior to dispatch. All new items are in full working order, dent and tarnish free. Any damage caused during transit must be reported to Prozone Music within 24 hours of delivery. Any visible damage to the parcel must be reported and made clear to the driver at the time of delivery.
